REC Center
The REC center at Miami is a state-of-the-art workout facility. There is a huge pool, rock wall, basketball courts, indoor soccer field, indoor track, and any type of workout machine you could ever want. Everything is also really clean and there are good looking people everywhere. The only problems are that it is always overcrowded and kind of a far walk unless you live on south campus.

Miami Academics
The academics at Miami are what drew me to the school. The school has a reputation for having some of the best public undergrad academics in the country. Classes are really engaging but can be rather challenging. You definitely have to put in work for good grades. Classes are just the right size, and the teachers here are also interested in your education and are very approachable. There are also plenty of places to study and tutoring services provided by the school.

Safety on Campus
The campus is incredible safe. I have never felt in danger anywhere. I can walk on back streets late at night by myself and still feel safe. There are occasional break-ins at houses but that is pretty much it.
