OFFCAMPUS DINING @ CORNELL
There are many options in Collegetown for dining. Japanese, Thai, and Indian seem to be the most prevalent cuisines offcampus. Many Cornell students order off of campusfood.com which sometimes has discounts such as 10% off orders or a couple of dollars off. The discounts are never amazing and the food is not usually cheap. If one wants to order out and get deliver, one is usually spending at least $12. However, when the stress is high, many students are looking for meals and not sandwiches or wraps and will buy meals. Collegetown Bages (CTB) is probably the most visited location since it is located at the corner where collegetown really begins on College Avenue. CTB is the "place to be" since they sell bagels, sandwiches, wraps, breakfast meals, smoothies, etc etc.
Overall, offcampus dining is not cheap, but I will say that Cornell Collegetown is a lot more frequented than Downtown Ithaca...

Non Athlete Commenting on Sports
I am not an athlete by any means, but from what I can see the two sports that are the most important at Cornell are Hockey, Football, and Basketball. There is a lot of school spirit within these sports, but definitely shared only by a percentage of the student population.

My Cornell Experience
Cornell University has given me the best three and a half years of my life. I have met incredible people, learned so much, and have had experiences of a lifetime. When I look back on my experiences at Cornell, I wouldn't change anything about it. I had my ups and downs, academically, socially, and professionally, but I love the school. The Professors in the School of Hotel Administration genuinely care about their students and want to see them succeed and grow.
