Personal Safety
UC Riverside always keeps the students informed of crimes that have occurred instantly so that other students may protect themselves and not become victims of such crimes. I always feel safe on this campus no matter what time of day it is.

Living Off Campus
If you plan to live right outside of the campus make sure your bank accounts are ready to take a hit. Many apartments are more expensive near campus because of the convenience. If you dont mind commuting 5 minutes away you will find a drastic change in prices.
