Computer Labs
There are various computer labs around the school, particularly in the business school. Although the business school computer labs are technically for bschool students only, it isn't hard to get access. There are times when the internet is extremely slow or doesn't work at all. It's usually during finals time when you need it the most. You get $25 worth of printing credit a semester, but the business school computer labs have free printing. I would recommend having your own computer.

Majority Jewish
There is a huge lack of racial diversity at Tulane and this is something they are trying to work on. While there are people from all of the country, the vast majority of people at Tulane are white. There is a huge Jewish presence at Tulane, and while they aren't the majority it's hard to believe that they aren't. Most people here are on scholarship but you can tell who is obviously better off than other. People at Tulane are generally accepting of all sexual orientations, and I have not run into too many people who are homophobes.

One Word: Amazing
There is no other school's nightlife that can compare to the nightlife at Tulane. It is so ridiculously fun and there is always something going on. Bars are 18+, with a few exceptions, but it's really not hard to get into 21+ places. Everything is basically in walking distance so you don't have to worry about drunk driving. Even if you go downtown you usually take the streetcar or a cab. The great thing about New Orleans is that there is a never a dull moment. Having a fake id is nice, but not necessary.
