Safe
I have never felt unsafe on Earlham's Campus. People are respectful and trusting so some people don't even lock their dorm rooms and there usually aren't any problems with theft. Campus Security and the Richmond Police will bust parties if there are noise complaints but they usually just come and break things up.

Available but Not Necessary to Fit in
Although Earlham is considered a Dry Campus, students like to say that it is pleasantly moist. If you are interested in drugs and alchohol it is easy to find. If you aren't interested there are others on campus who feel the same way. There really isn't a lot of peer pressure and you can easily go to a party and not feel the need or pressure to drink.

Love
Earlham is an amazing place because there are so many different people on the campus and we all get along. There are definitly different social groups on campus but people are really open and welcoming that it is easy to be a part of many different groups. Another preat part of Earlham are the professors. They are encouraging, always available, enjoy talking to student outside of class and they are always focused on getting to know every student.
