IC Transportation
There are city busses and the CAMUBS which is free for all to use. They come often and can take you basically anywhere you need to go. There isn't a lot of traffic to deal with if you have your own car, but the parking is absolutely terrible.

Business School at Iowa
I think Iowa's business school is extremely underrated. The college truly caters to the students and the workload is doable.
