I dont know what some of these people are talking about, but Birmingham Southern College is the best college ever. I'm not a upper-class white saying this either, i'm a working class black kid saying this. Despite not being racially diverse, the school has been working on that and there have been some huge successes made. As for the GLBT community, we are not quiet and we have many events throughout the year (www.bscallies.com). This campus is one of tolerance and positive debate/conversation. If someone is slightly ignorant of another culture/views/beliefs, we discuss both sides. We sit down with one another and flesh things out. We are a campus that offers services for all. We have many organizations that cater to all of our students and we continue to improve our campus. So despite what some of the others may have said, I believe that BSC is a great institution.
