Michigan is full of pre-med students so if you plan on taking any science/pre-med courses, they will be difficult. Most of the other classes aren't too bad except engineering courses.

There are lots of computers available to use to but the wireless internet isn't the best. At times it's fast but it's not always reliable. Plus for some reason when I use my laptop on campus, the wireless internet, it freezes but never freezes at home. The

There are many different races of students here. And most people can find someone with similar interest to theirs.

I've never felt in danger but students always receive emails about crimes that happen by the campus.

It's Michigan. In the summer it's hot and in the winter it's cold. Once in a while the weather is bad but it's never THAT bad.

I'm planning on going premed with a major in biology and it's very competitive here. There are a ton of students going premed.

If you're on central campus everything is pretty close to each other. Even if you're on north campus there's a bus that goes back and forth. It's convenient and even the city buses are free for students.

The dining halls are okay but nothing extraordinary. At rush hours sometimes they run out of food but it's quickly restocked.

Most Work. Most of the students at GRCC are also working. I feel like about half the student body are students who are coming back to finish a degree or etc. and there are many older students.

The tuition at GRCC is already cheap but there were plenty of loans available for students who need it. But I didn't receive any grants. I did however get a small scholarship.
