Tons of Fun Activities
Flagstaff is a very people oriented town. There is always something going on downtown and even on campus. There are art walks on main street and numerous locally owned stores to shop aside from the huge mall.

Safe Place to Be
Campus is a very safe place to be. There are police phones all over campus that you can call the police by just pushing a button and you can expect someone there within two minutes. All of the dorms also have a great security system. The main doors to the halls lock automatically and most of the doors to the room do as well. It is difficult for anyone to get into a hall if they are not supposed to be there.

Boys and Girls
There are many different types of people at NAU. There are hipsters, hippies, punks, preps, etc. But, all the people that I have met and had conversations with are all very nice. The way that people look does not affect their personality.
