Library Computers
There are plenty of computers on each floor of the library but most of the time they are all taken. Sometimes in the evening there are seats available. The computers run at normal speed, not too slow not too fast. There are printing stations available, you have to buy a $1 card and add money to the card and I believe it's 10 cents per page. All Microsoft software are preloaded on the computers so if you dont have powerpoint on your own computer, you can use the library computers. The campus is completely wifi so you can use your own laptops and tablets anywhere. The only annoying thing is constantly having to log into Towson's secure wifi or guest wifi each time you go online!

Alcohol Everywhere.
There is a lot of drinking at Towson and it's relatively easy to get bottles no matter what the age. People drink in their dorms all the time, and R.A's rarely check. The only time security checks for alcohol is during homecoming and they check all bags that are brought into the dorms. Tailgating is huge and these people love beer :p
There are 2 areas where smoking is designated. People smoke ciggs heavy at Towson but if you smoke in an undesignated area you will get fined.
There is weed, you just have to ask around!

Took a While to Get a Response...
Towson was slow with responding to my application. Probably because my SAT scores weren't too pretty, but my essay and grades were fantastic. I probably didn't get my letter until March and this school was my first choice so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do my housing on time. All in all everything worked out and I got the best houseing (besides the newer and more expensive west village) and they honored my roomate request. The application is $5 less than most other schools (only $45) and completeing the app was realatively easy. If you call any office, such as enrollment, housing, etc, whoever you speak to is very knowledgable and able to answer any quesitons you have although it is usually a student/senior and they aren't very kind.

Ehh.. mutual feeling on sports
Many students come out to football games but mainly because tailgating is so fun. Our football team did well this year, and that had a lot of people eager to go to games. Our basketball team is complete garbage, but it's still nice to watch the guys, ha! No one really goes to the basket ball games. Other sports people seem to be big on is baseball and lacross.

I pretty much hate the food here but there's hope
DO NOT EAT AT THE GLEN. Okay now that that's been said... there are plenty of dining areas on campus but they all have the same frozen unseasoned burgers and crunchy chicken tenders, and pizza topped with overly processed cheese. I don't know why people eat at Paws, the food is dry and bland. The Susq has many options including Chick Fil A which is everyones favorite although it gets repetative! Deli sandwhiches from the Den and the Susq are really good! the P-Tux has great food, but it's only open for about 3 hours on weekdays, (Please try the pasta, its amazing but you probably have to add salt.) Breakfast is okay, but the employees are kinda mean in the morning. The breakfast sandwhiches are good but sometimes seem like they've been sitting fod days. Paws has good breakfast!

SO MUCH TO DO
There is so much to do around Towson. There are hookah bars, regular bars, clubs downtown, house parties, frat parties, and plenty of resturants! My favorites are Dubai and Sonar, some clubs in downtown Baltimore but Sonar gets pretty wild and isn't a very diverse crowd. There is also the Baltimore Harbor which has a mall, and many resturants and its such a nice place to be at night time. Don't take a cab anywhere unless you like to waste money. Try to take a city bus or get a ride with someone, cabs are so expensive.. one time we spent $45 on a cab just going to a party.. luckily we caught a ride back with some friends. Morgan State and Johns Hopkins always seem to have parties or events going on and those schools are less than 15 mins from Towson. Overall nightlife is excellent.
