Management Information Systems

I am in the Business College. The business college at WVU was recently voted in the top 100 business colleges in the country. The facilities are all pretty new and equipped with the newest technology to teach students. A lot of people think that big schools are all giant lecture halls that are hard to learn in, but at WVU that just isn't the case. Most classes are around 30 people, which is pretty average. We have a system at our school called Mountaineer Trak which is specifically developed for job placement and internship. All of the teachers really know what they are talking about. They aren't just a bunch of people who learned business from being in a classroom either, they're real people who speak from experience.

Campus Dining at West Virginia University

B+

Most Places Are Pretty Good

If you eat on the downtown campus, you're in for a treat! They have extremely good food. However, if you're eating on the Evansdale campus, avoid anything except the Brew and Gold. The dining hall on the Evansdale campus is called the "Evansdale Cafe" and it is absolutely terrible. This is why I rated dining at a B+ instead of an A. The good thing is that there are so many options. When you go to a college with as many students as WVU, you can have more dining halls. This allows for more variety. The meal plan system is also great. You have the option of using "Meals Plus" which is like a debit system for resteraunts like Burger King, Quizznos, Tazikis, and Chic-fil-a. Everything else is done in meals.

Guys & Girls at West Virginia University

A+

Hot Girls Are Easy to Come by

Every single day when I leave for class, I see another girl that blows my mind. I'm from New Jersey, and I have never seen anything like the girls at WVU. They all have personalities too. Many of them like to party also, which is good if you're into that, but if you're not, you still won't have trouble meeting them. Just talk to girls in your classes or join a student organization that you're into. You'll find them quite easily.
