I enjoy living in close to everyone. Going to a friends dorm never takes beyond 10 minutes walking or hopping on our shuttle that takes us to our farthest dorm - mary lyons, which only is a 3/4 mile walk anyway. If you are social, you know or recognize a good 1/3 of your campus.

Not strict. If you want to drink during parties you can. If you are underage, you have to be slightly more careful. Although it is very rare, once I saw a girl getting cited. If you want to relax and watch a movie, feel free to take over a classroom when no one is around. I don't even know what academic strictness means.

East Coast Weather
Weather is just like everywhere else in PA. Its cloudy and rains a lot, but not too much.
