History
History is the study of the past and how it affects the future. At Bowdoin's the pursuit of free thinking is the backbone of it's education. The professor's don't ask question they challenge the mind. Sometimes through the socratic method, sometimes through open discussion. Either way it is a thrill to attend class and listen to great thoughts, ideas and believes of different people from different backgrounds.

Social Live
The social live is spectacular. Bowdoin although conscious of it's students safety understands that there needs to be a healthy balance between studies and social life. The school held activities are fantastic while the close knit community allows everyone to know each other. As a freshman, within weeks you know mostly everyone.

What can I say it's Maine. the only way to describe it is Cold in the summer freezing in the fall and bone chilling in the winter!
