El Herradero
Most of the off-campus dining options near Pocatello are fast food chain restaurants, though they are cheap the nutrition value is very poor. However there is a mexican restaurant within a couple mile of campus called El Herradero, it is super cheap and super good. I would highly recommend it.

Greek
Greek life does not seem highly involved with the school. Idaho State is mostly a dry campus so the Greeks do not throw parties. I hardly even notice that they are here.

Typical Idaho Weather
The weather here is not very neutral. It went from high 80's to snowing with in 2 days (in October.) It is extremely windy here. I haven't been here for a full year but what I have heard is that winters are miserable because there is a lot of snow with high winds.
