Probably Have What You Want
NYU is very very diverse. With that being said, there are a noticeable number of Asians [particularly Koreans, for some reason], and obviously a lot of Caucasian people. If you are looking for something else, I'm sure you can and will find your own kind, but it might just take a little effort since it's such a big school.
People are pretty tolerant of sexuality (we're in NYC helloo), and tolerant in general.
I think there are a good amount of snobs and a lot of kids definitely throw daddy's money around which I 1) an jealous of but 2) hold them in disdain.

SUre there are good looking people but a lot of them are ass*****. There's a saying around here: There are thee kinds of boys- gay, taken, or ass*****. True or not? It's...not all accurate, but it's close. For sure there are a lot of horny [well dressed] kids. Social life is great if you love dancing and clubs. For those that enjoy lounge bars and just drinking? Not so much. Greek life is pretty dead, and even if they do have parties in clubs. Expensive cover, expensive drinks. Classy, but not all of us have that kind of money to blow.
