Small Town Feel With Chain Stores Close
The town has a small town feel with many local businesses. There are many events in the town that really bond the college and the community. The community is actively involved with the campus. A five minute drive from the campus there is a relatively good sized mall with a good variety of stores, a WalMart, Target, Dicks, Staples, numerous grocery stores, and many other stores. The area is a good combination of small town and a larger shopping area.

Not Too Strict, but Campus Safety Is Around
I have seen many people get away with stuff, but when it was important, campus safety takes care of everything. The punishments seem fair and reasonable.

Great School
I absolutely love it on campus here. There might not be a lot around the school, but there are plenty of events to go to. There is a nightclub on campus which is open every Saturday night and sometimes Fridays. There are plenty of special speakers and musical performances. The dorms are nice and the food is average. The faculty really gets to know you and they really care about your grades and your well being. The school is large enough that you know a lot of people on campus, but is large enough to meet plenty of new people. And I definitely cannot forget the squirrels that are everywhere on campus. I love this school and suggest to anyone who wants a rural school with great academics and opportunities while still having a place for a good time.
