Kitchens Galore!
On each floor we have a kitchen that everyone is welcome to use, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. Complete with all the appliances used at home, students are able to bake when they're stressed, or prepare the home-cooked meal they miss so much! The convenient store on the first floor has everything from fruit, to pasta, to PB&J sandwhiches so we can all have a little taste of home!

Two Groups
There seems to be a wide variety of guys here! Everything from the athletes, to the artsy types, to the stereo-typical nerds. Yet, a lot of the girls like their comfy clothes and aren't afraid to show it. They wear a lot of gym gear, sweatshirts, tennis shoes, and sport the ponytail. But! There are plenty of girls who like dressing nice daily and have fun dressing up on weekend nights!

The Best of the Best!
Truman provides SO many options. With an already cheap cost for a clean environment (due to numerous renovations), and for a great education, Truman provides so many other options. There's scholorship jobs where students can work on campus and their pay goes towards their tuition, there are work-study options, ect. I know friends that get PAID to go here the financial aid is outstanding!

Hard to Find Things to Do
Kirksville is a small town, and students tend to "make their own fun," but sometimes it gets old trying to make your own fun. However, Missou is only an hour away which is full of shopping, restaurants, and big football games.

Cheap Options!
When the dining hall food starts to get old, Truman gives their students an option called "dining dollars." We start with $50 dining dollars and we can use them anywhere around campus, in town, or in the convenience stores in our dorms. It works like a debit card, and is nice when we want to switch things up. If we spend enough money in our convenience stores they will count it as a meal plan, which is nice when we want something new and different to heat up when we're too lazy to walk to a dining hall!

2 Races
We have a lot of African American students and a lot of White students. The split isn't even, but it's close. But outside of that you don't see many more students, besides the occasional Asian girl or boy walking around.
