Georgia Southern University Off-Campus Housing had a new discussion posted by rsoncl

I was looking into Georgia Southern Student Apartments and

I heard Monarch 301 is the best Georgia Southern University Off Campus Housing

It is very nice, one of the newer complexes. It's more expensive too however.

cambridge-southern campus crossing or university pines are great off campus housing that has a bus stop

Monarch is one of the newest apartment complexes. You might also want to look into Aspen Heights, the Forum, and 111 South.

I heard 111 South is very nice. Aspen Heights is very nice too.

Anyone considering Monarch 544 CCU Student Apartments

has anyone signed up for or thought about staying at the new Monarch 544 Coastal Carolina University off-campus housing? It looks very nice when i go by and website says they will the most amenities of any CCU off-campus housing out there.

Just wondering if anyone had gone in to check it out yet.

Hey rsoncl this is Brady from Monarch 544 and we have had so many people come in and check us out. We actually are over 85% full!!! You should definitely stop by and take a tour. Maybe bring some possible roommates if you havent found a place to live yet!!!

Absolutely. I personally won't be living there, but they do look nice. The featured amenities are amazing! Some of the staff from there and even some of the residents offer different prizes for students who lease since it's new and everything.

I have friends who are staying there, they say its pretty awesome. Right now I am living in University Place which is considered on-campus apartments. Also the COVE is another great off-campus apartment complex for University Students.

I realize this is a reply box but I am looking to possibly relet a unit at the Cove. If anybody is interested please respond to this post. The room is great but for personal reasons things I have to consider moving. Willing to negotiate a deal to help like possibly pay the first months rent for you. Or something similar. Beginning stages of making this plan. Will check this board daily to see if there is any interest.
