The only trouble with parking is the designated parking spot rule. There is certain lots for residents, non-residents, and faculty. The police DO check lots often, so tickets are given on a regular basis.
The School Is Really Small and Safe – Since NGCSU is located in a small town in the mountains, there isn't much alcohol or drug usage. They are pretty strict about rules. Although people aren't openly doing drugs and drinking, it is still around some at the house parties.
There are people of many races at North Georgia, but most of them are in the cadet program. Other that there is a good amount of diversity, but white students still seem to be the majority.
