Drinking is done in frats and bars, not much else. Dorm policies keep it somewhat tight.

Police Are Everywhere
Police are constantly roaming the streets, and will pull over to talk even if you don't look drunk. Regardless, that's their job.

No Where to Go
I have had experiences of driving around for an hour, or longer, looking for a place to park. With different levels of parking permits, it's ridiculous.
