Workload is very bearable. Definitely get an internship as soon as you can, around junior year for sure. Work your tail off and study hard and it's very possible to do exceptional.

About What You'd Expect
It's a private Christian university in the South and tuition is $30k. That should tell you everything you need to know about the diversity.

Getting Better
If you live on campus, parking should generally not be a problem as long as you're not trying to find a spot in the middle of the day. If you live off campus, get to campus at least 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Parking can be tedious, but there are enough spots, even if they're inconvenient, and they're building more spots. Tickets can be a hassle, but for everything except parking in a fire zone or handicapped spot you can take a test and have it dismissed. Only for the first ticket each semester, but if you get more than one a semester you're probably dumb.
