It is not completely obvious that there are drug users on campus mostly because I have never seen anyone under the influence of drugs. Alcohol is a lot more prevalent when going to parties, but it is under control. There are rare cases of students being transported.

You can find free spaces pretty much anywhere on campus. There are various parking lots some in which you pay and some which are free. I have not heard of anyone complain about parking.
