Easy Process, Hard to Get Aid – Being a small school, there is not much financial aid to be had from the school itself. However, the financial aid office is very friendly and easy to work with. They really do want to help you, they just don't have the funds to help everyone. I have never had any of my paperwork get lost, and so far, I have been able to maintain what scholarships I have earned. Outside scholarships are very welcome at ABC.

A Great School, but Not for Everyone – Be warned, attending class is very important at this school, if you skip class to many times, you will automatically fail that class. Also, if you despise paper writing, you might want to reconsider, we write a lot of them. Now enough of the negatives. One thing I love about ABC is the emphasis on serving. This college really does make it a priority to develop a servant's heart in all of its students. If you detest the idea of making sacrifices for others, or are repulsed by the idea of helping others, than this college would probably be a rough school for you. I mean, come on, the school motto is "Because Life is for Service". Another thing I love about ABC is the small student body. If considering going to a Bible college, I highly recommend Appalachian Bible College. ABC is a great place to study the Bible, and be trained for full time ministry at the same time.

Appalachian Bible College Campus Dining was reviewed by Sarah25
A-

Great, but Show up on Time – While some complain about the food here, it really isn't all that bad. We get a big selection of food at pretty much every meal, and you can eat as much as you want, without it affecting your school bill. However, you are stuck with a scheduled meal time, so unless you plan on skipping that meal completely, or getting your own food, you had better show up to the meal on time.
