Car-Town
I have sort of a love/hate relationship to LA. I can't stand that this town relies on everyone having a car. It loses some of the connections between the different parts of the town because you cannot just jump on a subway train to go downtown.
I like the diversity and the possibilities as a filmmaker, but you cannot always get there without a car.

Food
The dining halls are pretty good, even though I do not live on campus and only eat there when I work on that side of the campus. The rest of the campus are lacking in diversity and after six months at UCLA I am tired of all of the food. Would be nice with better diversity and more nutritious food. Panda Express and Sbarro doesn't cut it.
