Computer Network – When they try to implement some new computer system its always frustrating because there is always some bug that keeps students from accessing their classes. they should make sure it works before rolling out. this has happened seversl times during my time there.

The system and people they have in place sucks. I have never, ever come accross more incompetant people in my life. Because of their lack of concern i now find that my balance has gone from $1200 to over $3000 and all they can say is that they are sorry. if I knew then what I know now I would have never considered Kaplan.

They Are Looking for Jobs for Me – I was surprised when I received several job notices in my email. Kaplan does keep their word when lookig for job prospects for a person.

Professors Were Very INVOLVED!! One thing about the Kaplan professors was that they took and interest in you, especially if you were falling behind. I had a professor even call me! It was great. There was that personal involvement and dedication involved.
