Lots of Local Restaurants
There are plenty of smaller restaurants on the south side within a few blocks from school. The north side, about a mile or so away, has a nice historic Main St. district with some slightly more expensive and nicer restaurants. There's also a Wendy's and a Subway within a few blocks of campus.

Lehigh Laf
Lehigh is pretty good within the Patriotic's League, but no one really cares that much. Football games are the most attended, although wrestling matches are supposed to be quite fun too as Lehigh has one of the best teams in the country.
The most important sporting event of the year is the annual match up against Lafayette. The Lehigh-Lafayette rivalry (wikipedia "the rivalry") is the OLDEST and most played football rivalry in the country. Beating them is the single most important event of the year, with parties starting the weekend before and continuing all week long leading up to the game.
Mocos and tailgates are also fun.

Alcohol Prevalent, Drugs Not So Much
Nearly everyone drinks, and quite a bit. The drug scene is rather small, although it definitely exists. It became a bit more prevalent for DayGlow, which is its own story, but otherwise drug use is pretty limited, except for marijuana which, again, has a certain crowd (definitely not even close to a majority though).
