Not Much Needed, but Still Not Enough
Only about 75 students get off-campus wavers, but with student numbers rising, it's hard to get a waver even if you don't have a room set up for next year

Lots of Opportunities
Many students are athletes, although it is very easy to not be involved in sports at all--I never went to a varsity game my freshman year. Overall, spirit isn't very high. However, lots of club sports and intramural sports are available for non-varsity athletes who want to participate.

Not Bad
Allergy season is horrific, one of the worst in the country, but on the whole the weather is mild. Except for last year, when we had 2.5 feet of snow one time. Professors still made it to class on the whole, so it didn't really disrupt classes, just activities.
