The price of the permit is taken out of tuition and it can be applied for online. There isn't really much visitor parking aside from the Administration building, but classes and everything else is close enough to the dorms that you really don't have to worry about finding a spot.

Bonding at SBU – The theater is beautiful and provides an intimate atmosphere for the audience. During Homecoming, we spend the week participating in activities placing dorms against each other in order to help everyone bond and relieve some stress. It's a great tradition. There are a lot of these types of activities throughout the year to help the students and to remind us to not stress out and to take a minute to relax with great friends.

Small Town Charm – I grew up around St. Louis so going to SBU in Bolivar is very strange for me. There are no places other than Wal-Mart to really shop and there are just a couple places to hang out. I really don't venture out into town unless I have to, but I would still prefer the option of going somewhere.
