Weed is barely illegal here. A lot of people do it, and you can almost always smell it. If you really want to be safe, go to Golden Gate Park. I'm giving this an A because it's all over, but if you don't want a part in it it's invisible.

MUNI- Good or Horrible Depending on the Day
Everybody gets a free MUNI bus pass, which is awesome. MUNI can run slow or behind because it's a major city, but it's free. The pass expires when school ends, so it can suck during the summer if you stay in the city...

Scholarships Are Available for Good Students
School is expensive, and USF knows this. They offer a few merit scholarships for freshmen, but most of the aid is offered in loans and the "promise" of student employment. I was lucky to get a nice scholarship, so I can't complain too much.
