Off-Campus Housing Is Worth the Splurge
I personally don't live off-campus, but from what I've heard, students love living off-campus. Although apartments are expensive, people enjoy living in a place where there aren't so many rules. And it's better to have your own bathroom rather than sharing a communal bathroom.

Teaching Is Important to the Teachers
I go to Simmons College, and I think that the academics are amazing. I'm in the communications program, and the teachers do a great job of explaining and helping me outside of class. The workload isn't horrible, but I think it depends on what program you're in. The teachers are also dedicated to helping students find internships and jobs. I love the academics here; I find it to be challenging and helpful.

Upperclassmen Dorms Are Better
The dorms are pretty decent at Simmons. Obviously, the upperclassmen have the better dorms which were built fairly recently and are very nice. The freshmen and sophomore dorms are not my favorite though; some of the double rooms were used for triple rooms, but I guess it's part of the college experience.
