Nothing Special, but More Than Adequate
It's not going to blow anyone away with its creativity, but they do a good enough job. The diner, especially, is a great place to grab some good greasy food, and the Little Pub does a great job with lunches--particularly when they do their once-a-semester lobster meal.

Not Why You Go Here
Hamilton is pretty whitebread. The school has made a determined effort to reduce the homogeneity of the campus of late, but the great preponderance of kids are white, upper to middle class kids from the Northeast. There are plenty of minorities in all categories, to be sure, but it shouldn't be why anyone picks Hamilton.

Still Thriving
A lot of people might complain about the Greek life at Hamilton, but it's still around and thriving. There are no houses on campus for fraternities or sororities, but they manage in other ways. It's certainly not a social requirement to be in a society, but those who do tend to be glad they did, mostly for the networking and the modest social boost. Best part about not being in them is getting to drink their gratuitous beer at all the free on-campus parties every week.
