Relaxing
The campus is centered around a beautiful lake. Students are happy, ambiance is relaxing, activities are plenty, culture is diverse, and there are always police circling the school's campus.

Parking
Parking is plenty, except the sizes of spots are tight. I often find small dents on the sides of my car.
