Beautiful but Pricey

there is a lot of student turnover in the area so you can find a place to live... if you can afford it - otherwise there are options throughout the city, but georgetown is a pain because there's no metro

Diversity, but Not Enough

Many students do not leave the Georgetown neighborhood because of the cushy setting it provides. This creates a bubble that prevents the diversity of DC from having a presence on campus.
