Illinois Wesleyan Is Great
The area is relatively safe. There are a ton of grocery stores and movie theaters. Bloomington Normal police are available to students on campus as well.

Surplus of Computers
There is probably a computer on campus for every student. Whereever you go, there will be a computer with internet access, whether it's the library or the cafeteria
