Above Average SEC School
The registration process and counselors/advisors are absolutely amazing. Registering is very user-friendly, and the advisors are always available for questions. For the most part, my professors have been both knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. The curriculum is time consuming, but manageable. My only complaint is the availability of tutors for the athletes that are not available to non student athletes.

The Loveliest Village on the Plains
Auburn is set in east Alabama, about 40 minutes from the Georgia line. It is considered in the "plains" of Alabama, which is a vast area of semi-flat land. The most beneficial product of being set in the plains are the beautiful sunsets. They are a nightly occurrence that never cease to disappoint. The local atmosphere is of genuine hospitality. This hospitality was recently honored in an article written by visitors from South Carolina, who had come in town for a football game. Even though their team lost the game, they made a point to highlight the true hospitable nature of Auburn Men and Women. The Auburn Creed is not merely a document, but a lifestyle illustrated by those who attend.

I Believe in a Spirit That Is Not Afraid.
Auburn is the home to many outstanding athletes and school spirit. We are home to olympic athletes and the national champion swimming and diving teams. The most popular sport, of course, is football. (We are in the SEC.) Fall Saturdays in Jordan Hare Stadium are electric. Words cannot wholly express the how amazing it is that the Auburn Family joins together each week in support for our team. The Auburn Creed, which the football players know by heart, states "...I believe in a sound mind, in a sound body, and a spirit that is not afraid, and in clean sports that develop these qualities..." This creed is truly personified each week by not only the players, but the fans, students, alumni, and Auburn Family as a whole. Win or lose, we stick by our tigers.
