What I love most about New England weather is that you get all four seasons to their full extent. Personally, I love snow, and a good thunder storm, and you can find both at Northeastern during the Winter and Spring. During the Fall the leaves turn colors and it's beautiful. Spring and Fall are the most medium temperatures, some people find Winter too cold, but Summer can get pretty hot too. But go anywhere else and there's moments it can be too hot or too cold. I like Boston because you get a chance to have both, and most days are neither, a gorgeous sunny comfortable. Also, because it's close to the ocean, most of the storms aren't as bad as they would be inland.

Major City Gets You Anywhere – It's Boston, and as with any major city, there's tons of public transportation. Northeastern has four T (Boston subway) stops in or on the perimeter of campus, and quite a few bus stops. The airport is a short T ride away, as are North and South stations, which are huge hubs for Amtrack, Greyhound, and Peter Pan. There is a commuter rail stop right on campus in Ruggles, and many more close by. Plus, Boston is extremely walkable, so even just staying in the city, it's easy to get around for cheap.

What a Variety – Since the school is fairly big, and in Boston, a total college town, both on and off campus there are tons of college students everywhere. No matter what your type is, you'll be able to find someone in Boston. And with so many schools so close to each other, it's not a big problem to date someone who goes somewhere else. If you even want to, because there are plenty of attractive, normal people right here at Northeastern. My experience is that there's some of everything, people looking for hook ups and some who want relationships. People of all cultural identities and interests can be found here.
