Depends What You Want.

Into white upper-middle class people? Then NCF is for you. There are plenty that are pretty cool\attractive but as far as background goes hope you don't mind that if you come here.

There are walls every Friday and Saturday night. They are the core of weekend nightlife on campus and can draw an 1/8th of the enrolled student body in a night fairly easily. There are small parties most nights on campus.

Off campus there are a few bars but if you want a club/concert scene you have to go to Saint Pete/Tampa. As bad as it sounds the nightlife on campus is actually pretty good.

Very Visible.

Let me start off by saying you will never be pressured to do drugs. Let me then state though if you are uncomfortable with your next door neighbor doing them this may not be the place to you. The drug scene for the most part here is pretty visible and it ain't just smoking.

That being said like most colleges drinking and smoking are the most popular drugs on campus

Medicore

There is the normal fast food near by, but only great cheap sit down restaurants. Decent Asian food but avoid any middle eastern place

Pretty Good

Plenty of places near campus that are pretty cheap where people have good relationships with their landlords
