Greeks..Suck
If you are part of the Greek life here well lets just say you run the place. You are held to the same reverence as athletes. If you are not Greek people look down on you when you are walking by and some teachers even have the nerve to talk about which sorority or fraternity they are/have been associated with in the past and feel the need to make announcements about upcoming events. Its a load of bull.

It's All Talk and No Show Here
TCU says they support everyone equally but I beg to differ. If you are not Greek, an athlete, or an African American you are pretty much left out of the loop. Just walking through campus it is easy to see that not many Hispanics are accepted. On top of that Middle Eastern and especially foreign exchange students get on my nerves. They act like they are better than everyone else. The fraternity guys are the worst. They are loud and obnoxious and have no respect when classes are going on. I would NEVER come back to this school because the tuition is WAY over priced for something that I could get some place else cheaper. To top it all off I think this school is designed to keep the poor people out because I don't know how many times I have been to the Financial Aid office for financial assistants and I continue to be told that there is no more money. But, they have the money to build a brand new parking lot and then tear it up not even a week later to make a new building for Brite. This school is not about helping those who truly want an education, it's a vacations for rich snobs.

Financial Aid Is a Joke
As I stated before they only give scholarships to athletes and those associated with athletic events (ie. band and cheerleading). They have always made me wait well past my appointment time to meet with an adviser and when I finally do get to see one all they tell me is there is nothing they can do and to try to come back some other time. They take FOREVER to award your financial aid for the academic year. They literally do not show you what you have been awarded until a week to a week and a half before school starts. Then, I have to figure out how I am going to pay the remainder all off or somehow make the ridiculously high monthly payments that have a late fee associated with them. I have to deal with all this bull while trying to obtain my school supplies and attending class. It is not worth it.
