Network Reliability
Often works well, but at certain times the network is spotty. It is sometimes confusing because when my roommate and I are both on the computers we can be sitting across from each other, but she may have service, but I don't (or vice versa).

There are various miscellaneous charges the price of the room. Things from service charges to wierd "labor" charges if a housekeeper needs to do something small in a room.
