The Heart of the City – Morgan State University is located in baltimore city which is well known for its high crime. The Mayor (Stepheny Rawlings Blake) and other City Officials seem to be more interested in beautifying the habor than the city as a whole. I see lots of boarded up houses and trash and teddy bears and flowers on posts than any thing eles in this city that surroundes this fine university.
