After spending two years abroad in a volunteer program, I decided to come home and started looking into college. I wanted to stay close to home and University of Cincinnati was just what I was looking for. Being 4 years older than most college students attending a more community based college was very appealing. Thus far I have had a really enjoyed my classes and professors, who have been very helpful and understanding of my situation.

Windy
Cincinnati weather is pretty random. There are a lot of hills around the campus so during the winter, one has to be careful when walking off-campus. It also, tends to be quite windy in Cincinnati. Main campus is located about 30 minutes from the Ohio River.

Diverse
The students at UC are very diverse. Talk a walk around campus and you see people from many different countries. This diversity, I believe, gives the students here a better understand and respect for people from different countries with different beliefs.
