Amazing Food
When I go home, I miss the food at Miami. Every dining hall is divided into stations (Miami Traditions, Wok This Way, etc.), and a different combination of stations is offered at each location. This means that if you are in the mood for a burrito and your friends want pasta, for example, you will be able to find a dining hall that serves both. There are also salad and fruit bars at almost every dining hall.

Typical Dorms
I lived in Swing during a summer semester, but I have spent most of my time at Miami in Tappan, which is an honors dorm. Swing had bigger rooms and nicer floors (they were wood instead of white tile), but I definitely prefer Tappan overall. Honors LLC students get air conditioning and access to Tappan's amazing basement. Tappan is by far the best dorm I have been in, and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

Depends on the season
The winter here is absolutely beautiful, but walking through snow in the early morning to get to an 8 a.m. class gets old fast. HOWEVER, the other seasons are amazing! Sunny days and warm weather make the campus really come alive, which makes it worth it to suffer through the winters.
