Free Escorts to Accommodate Uneasiness
UNLV is known to be about a five minute drive away from the strip and there may be at times a warning on campus to keep away from a certain building at night but there are always free services to keep the student safe. There are free escorts that will walk any person to their car or where ever they may need to go. There are emergency phones on campus with an automatic GPS location of where the student is calling from in case they may be at need.

Fast Food Is Not Good Food
Fast food is disgustingly popular on campus and it is not very appetizing for me at all. The only place that is possibly acceptable is subway. The dining halls have the worst food I have ever tasted and would not recommend going there. I definitely suggest going across the street as there is more variety and quality with food choices.

College Experience in Vegas
The dorms at UNLV are very much more spacey than other dorms offered at other colleges and definitely more closely knit with the types of friends that are made. They offer those with dorms private computer labs and are very lenient with the rules when people decide to spend the night.

It's Vegas Baby!
There has not been much talk about how strict any rules have been affecting anyone. UNLV is a very much easy going school and as long as the student knows the difference between right and wrong there should not be an issue. The students are now considered adults so anything that is an issue with the law, there can be some consequences with being arrested but if people make dumb choices, what else do you expect.
