If you live in the Southeast, its crazy on weekends though they have been cracking down lately. In Lakeshore its the opposite, low key and mellow. Overall, good food, decent amenities and quite a few options on things to do. In the older dorms you have greater social contact too due to room proximity.

A Sight to Behold..
Gameday is when the entire city is a sea of red, watch the Youtube videos. With the Packers, Brewers and Badgers combined with the plethora of nightlife options. It gets awesome. Plus the athletes are all pretty chill and you see them around.
