Good Availabilty of Off-Campus Housing
There is a choice of apartments and houses to rent near campus, however you have to do some research in order to find a good deal

Parking is good if you live on campus. If you commute, you can't get a permit to park on campus, you have to go on the additional parking lot on the other side of the street
