The town Of blacksburg and the campus of Virginia Tech is unmatched by any other in this country. 25,000+ undergraduates that fill the streets with livelyhood, music, and just constant smiles (with the exception of the winter, but people tough it out anyways).

Our undergraduate area is filled with complex after complex and full streets aligned with kids enjoying their night times. The downtown is unmatched because its so clumped with a variety of local favorite places and plenty of late night yummies.

I personally dont know how available they are, but I do know the school is extremely strict. One strike fro anything worse that alcohol and your gone. As for pressure, its nothing i commonly encounter, so I cant say there is too much here.
