Think: Completely Secure!
Around the Bryn Mawr area are a few other notable colleges, and everytime something unsafe happened to one of their students, we would all be notified via email, text, flyers to be wary when going there. Bryn Mawr's campus, however, was always safe. It didn't matter if I was walking across campus at 2 am, I always felt completely safe. Bryn Mawr also has a free shuttle system you can call any time to take to your dorm.

Transportation
In addition to the bryn mawr shuttle, there is Bryn Mawr security, who will also pick you up from wherever you are to get you back to your dorm. Going outside of campus, there are the Blue Buses- buses that take you to and from Swarthmore and Haverford colleges at intervals throughout the day and late night, every day of the week. To get farther than that, bryn mawr has it's own train station that goes to every city nearby and into downtown Philly, and is relatively cheap.

B-
Winter Season Is COLD
The spring and summer are wonderful, and Bryn Mawr looks incredible during the season changes- but in summer the dorms don't have AC and it gets HOT (luckily the summer season doesn't last too long) and in the winter, though the heaters in the dorms work wonderfully, it gets really, really cold outside, typically with lots of ice and snow that make walking to class really miserable. Flu season at Bryn Mawr can be really awful.
