I Wish My Car Could Compact Into a Suitcase

Having a car on campus is expensive, meters are everywhere along with cops, and spots are only free during certain times. The light rail offers a journeying way to get to campus without driving, but can take a long time to get there. You don't really need a car unless you live far away, or attend two campuses.

Hey Look, Blackboard Is Down Again.

The internet is usually pretty slow and isn't very reliable. This past year the ASU website was hacked and both students and teachers could not use blackboard for over a week. When the wifi is bad, the computing commons is very helpful. I love that place because there are almost always computers open and the wifi isn't too slow. There are also both macs and PCs there.

The Greek-Lifers Were Kicked Off Campus.

This past year, the greeks took the phrase "party hardy" much too far. In the beginning of the year there was reported underage drinking for most frats and sororities that resulted in several people being taken to the hospital, bu those are the party groups. Other greek life, like the honor and major Greeks are pretty prestigious. I am not favorable to the stereotypical greek life, but I do plan on joining an honor group if I can. ASU cracked down on all the groups living on campus, so greek life is completely centered on campus though it is still a prominent figure at ASU.
