I Like It
Valparaiso is not a huge college town, which is nice. There is a square, there are lots of restaurants, walmart, a lot of activities on campus. There's a movie theatre in town and theres a mall about a half hour away

It's Safe
I've never felt like I was in danger. Valparaiso is a really good area and it doesn't have a high crime rate. We do have these emergency things around that if you don't feel safe you just press a button and VU's police will come to the rescue.

Expensive
There are some apartments around, they are kind of expensive. At least $600 a month. People mostly stay on campus unless they live at home still. So It's up to you. They are close to campus though
