We Are Pretty Normal

Besides the ongoing construction that has been happening since I have been a student here, this school is pretty normal. The athletics and tailgating can be a lot of fun, and during the spring the carnivals in the middle of campus is amazing. Its a really fun and easy way to meet new people. It can be hard to meet new people outside of the joining an organization (other than during the first week or two of fall and the last few weeks of spring) because, everybody is busy trying to stay out the rain. But there are great opportunities everywhere you just have to look for them.

Pay Close Attention

Pay very close attention to your financial aid packet. It will change for the worst without you knowing, and they will hold your financial aid without telling you. Just be careful and pay attention. I have never had a personal problem, but a lot of my peers have.
